2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Software Engineering (ITSE2013) will be hosted by Beijing Jiaotong University in Beijing during November 23-25, 2013. The aim objective of ITSE2013 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Information technology and software engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.


All accepted papers will be published by Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE,ISSN:1876-1100) of Springer-Verlag, which will be sent to EI Compendex indexing. In addition, the revised and extended versions of papers in the proceedings will be recommended for publication in international journals indexed by SCI or EI.
