Confirmation of Registration You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail. You will receive invoices only upon written request to Invoices will be sent to you by e-mail. You will not be registered until payment is received in full.

Cancellations and Substitutions All cancellations and/or substitution requests must be made in writing to NYAMA by email to amcmaster@nyama.org. An 80 percent refund of your paid registration will be granted for cancellations received before 12 a.m. 6 working days before start of the program. Refunds will not be granted after 6 working days before start of the program. No exceptions will be made.

An NYAMA credit equivalent to 80 percent of your paid registration will be issued for cancellations received on or between 6 working days before start of the program and last working day before the summit. This credit is not a refund, but can be applied only toward NYAMA events within one year of the credit issue date. No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations received after last working day before the summit, or for no-shows.

Credit card payments must be refunded to the card originally used to pay the registration fee. All refunds will be made after the conclusion of the event.

Substitutions may be made at any time, with written confirmation from the person registered. Non-member substitutes must pay the balance of a non-member registration if replacing a member.

In the event that the summit is postponed due to natural disaster or other cause beyond NYAMA control, we will make every effort to reschedule.  Any registration payments made will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event.  If you choose not to attend the rescheduled conference, NYAMA will provide a full refund upon written request from the registrant.
