ICNCC is an event that focuses on the state of the art technologies pertaining to Communication and Computer. The applications of Communication and Computer to such domains as astronomy, biology, education, geosciences, security and health care are among topics of relevance to ICNCC. It is a technical congregation where the latest theoretical and technological advances on Communication and Computer are presented and discussed. We expect that the conference and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject. ICNCC promotes fundamental and applied research continuing advanced academic education and transfers knowledge between involved both sides of and the Communication and Computer.



All papers for the ICNCC 2013 will be published in Journal of Communications (JCM, ISSN: 1796-2021) , which will be indexed by EI Compendex; SCOPUS; ULRICH's Periodicals Directory; Google Scholar; INSPEC; etc. (http://www.jocm.us/)

Around 10 registered papers of ICNCC 2013 conference will be recommended to publish in China Communications (ISSN: 1673-5447; CN: 11-5439/TN),which is indexed by the SCIE (Science Citation Index-Expanded index since January 2007 and Scopus database since January 2009. Recommended papers should add at least 30% contents and will be reviewed by China Communications.
