The Professionals Platform is intended for Food Technology Professionals who are passionate about innovation and want to develop entrepreneurial skills, who can learn, manage and develop ‘outside-in’, and who are part of international food networks where they can find inspiration for innovative ideas and insights in the latest market developments. Professionals meet twice per year for 2 days.
