After the resounding success of the 4th Africa Public Private Partnership conference held in Abuja, Nigeria, which attracted 190 delegates 50 speakers from 21 countries the APPP 2013 conference is fast approaching and promises to deliver a programme comprised of the industry’s most accomplished and distinguished leaders.
