Highlighting world-renowned issues on gas transportation capacities, gas target model, international legal framework on gas transit and investments and competition law,  this distinguished workshop will contain presentations from  gas TSOs and supply companies, national regulatory authorities, acclaimed in-house and private practice lawyers and consulting companies, and  well-known experts in the field of gas business.

The event will review prospects of PRISMA Capacity Platform, Capacity Allocation Mechanisms, progress on market integration and many other subjects regarding gas target model and transportation capacities

Issues on building and using gas transit infrastructure, new regulations for projects of common interest, cartel issues in gas supply, third party access to the gas network, contract arrangements development and practices in the EU  and other competition law and international legal framework on gas transit and investments subjects will be disscused during the seminar.

Conference Speakers

                        Up untill now, the eminent line of speakers includes:



       Kiril Temelkov, CEO, Bulgartransgaz

    He has worked in Bulgargaz EAD and in Bulgartransgaz EAD. During the period 2000 - 2008, Mr. Temelkov held the position of Head of the Commercial Department. In May 2010 he took over the management of Nabbucco - Bulgaria EOOD. As of June 2011 he serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive of Bulgartransgaz EAD.


       Stefan Konigshofer, Head of Department, Sales Transmission, Gas Connect Austria GmbH

    Since 2008 Mr. Konigshofer has worked in TAG GmbH as Power of Attorney - Proxy of Managing Director. From 2011 untill 2012 he has worked at OMV Gas GmbH as Team Lead Key Account Management Sales Transmission. Since 2012 he has been working at Gas Connect Austria GmbH as the Head of Department Sales Manager.  

    At the Regulatory and Legal Seminar, Mr. Konigshofer will be disputing "Capacity Allocation - Past, Present and Future?"  with more detailed debate on the Austrian P2P and En/Ex Market Model, capacity allocation via auction - GCA's process requirements and observations and Outlook.    


        Michael Thomadakis, Member of the Board of RAE

   Dr. Michael Thomadakis has extensive experience in international affairs, regulations of gas and electricity markets, long-term energy planning and management. Before joining RAE, Dr Thomadakis was responsible for the administration of DEPA's gas supply contracts, development and administration of timecharter agreements for LNG transportation.


        Christian Filippitsch, Partner, Norton Rose LLP

  Mr. Filippitsch is a competition lawyer based in Brussels, specialised in all aspects of EU and international competition law. His extensive experience includes advising on mergers, joint ventures and public takeovers, compliance issues and defending clients in the course of cartel investigations and in regulatory matters.


        Ana Stanic, Principal, E&A Law Limited

   Ms. Stanic has many professional as well as academic qualifications. She has been a lecturer at many formidable universities and institutes.She has graduated Cambridge, specialising in Private Commersial Litigation, EU Competititon Law, Public International Law and International Dispute Settlement.

At the Regulatory and Legal Seminar Ms. Stanic will be presenting you "New Regulation and Impact for Future Infrastructure Projects in the Region", with key provisions of the TEN Regulation and the current PCIs in the region as focal points. She will also review the benefits of being a PCI.
