Our mission is to give you the tools and confidence you need to take your life to the next level.  We started Birth to Buyout: The Business Bootcamp because we wanted to empower a new generation of entrepreneurs.  We have spent decades working with business people at all levels – we have learned their secrets and tricks, and sometimes witnessed their failures. Every honest entrepreneur we’ve talked to admits they have moments of anxiety, or even terror, because starting a business is hard. But starting and running a successful business is totally doable – we want to show you how. By the end of this single-day boot camp, you will be inspired to chase your dreams with vigor, have a concrete roadmap to get to the next level, know what to do to get funding for your business, and understand that NOW is the time. The Product Coach: You will meet with product creator and strategist, Dan Goss, in a small group to learn how to break into retail, develop products people want to buy, and get those products made.  Dan will also invite you to share your product ideas and “spitball” options for getting your ideas to market.

The Branding Coach: You will meet with branding expert and radio host, Sean Moffett, to learn how to get customers, to sell, and to develop your personal brand.  Sean will also invite you to discuss your business, your goals, and your comfort with sales and social media.  You will have a chance to use Sean as a sounding board for your sales and marketing strategies.

The Deal Coach: You will meet with lawyer, radio host, and entrepreneur, Coco Soodek, in a small group to learn the art of a negotiation and how to read a contract.  You will have the opportunity to ask Coco questions about protecting your ass…ets in deals, and business generally.

About Coco Soodek

Coco Soodek is a radio host, business blogger, author, and corporate lawyer who has worked in “Big Law” for 16 years.  Coco’s mission is to deliver the secrets and techniques used successfully by big business to small businesses and entrepreneurs.  Her radio show, The Profit and Laws Radio Hour, broadcasts on the Lifestyle Talk Radio Network every Wednesday at 10:00 AM CST, where she coaches entrepreneurs on their businesses. Coco has broad experience as outside general counsel to a wide variety of companies in such diverse industries as art, advertising, stage and rock shows, manufacturing, trucking, retail, software, firearms, warehousing, and consumer electronics.  Coco is the author of the bestselling Birth to Buyout: Law for the Life Cycle of Your Business, a business law book for entrepreneurs. Location: The Crowne Plaza O’Hare is right off the I-90 and I-294 Expressways, and our event offersfree parking at the hotel (bring your parking ticket to Registration so that it can be validated).  The hotel is also within walking distance of the CTA Blue Line and Metra Rosemont stations.

Refund Policy: Cancellations received four weeks prior to the seminar receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after four weeks and up to seven days prior to the seminar are assessed a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations received seven days prior to the seminar or “no shows” are nonrefundable. For those cancelling within seven days, registration fees are transferable to an upcoming seminar within one calendar year.  In the event that a seminar is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
