Welcome to Xi’an

Xi'an is one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China, with more than 3,100 years of history, the city was known as Chang'an before the Ming Dynasty, having held the position under several of the most important dynasties in Chinese history, including Zhou, Qin, Han, Sui, and Tang. It was already influencing the world outside of the Great Wall of China as the eastern terminus of the Silk Road. Today the city has a pleasant cosmopolitan flair to it and it is worth visiting for the famed Terracotta Warriors alone. Xi'an diet culture is rich in the Northwest flavor; it is indeed one of a major enjoyable in tasting Xian local snacks. It has often been said that, "if you have not been to Xi'an, you have not been to China!"

On behalf of the organizing committee, we will welcome you to Xi'an, with the aim of combining science and pleasure, leaving you with good memories.
