Hank Clemons is Founder and CEO of the Society of Emotional Intelligence – a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing emotional intelligence into practice in all walks of life including schools, families, organizations, and communities.

Hank is also the President of The HLC Group, Inc. – a training and consulting firm located in Tampa, FL. He has over 25 years of corporate experience as a coach and internal training consultant working primarily with federal agencies. Areas of focus include Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, and Coaching.

He is typically retained to spearhead education and consulting initiatives designed to bring about a culture change within the organization. Often coaching is employed to reach the desired results. He is often a presenter at conferences; speaking on a variety topics including emotional intelligence and leadership.

Hank has published several books including: Applying Emotional Intelligence … from Mail Room to Boardroom, Could Your Emotional Intelligence Be Holding You Back? And his latest, 21 Ways to improve your Emotional Intelligence.

He is also “Dr. Hank”, host of “Let’s Talk EI”, a weekly internet radio show dedicated to discussing emotional intelligence and related topics. Airs at 7:00 PM EST each Thursday on the Contact Talk Radio Network. Hank resides in Tampa, FL and is learning to play the trombone and mini-sax.
