The global Cloud computing industry is increasingly taking shape as the concept of Cloud computing has been around since 2006. The big ICT players put great emphasis on R&D contributiong to advanced strategies for Cloud computing. According to the statistics, the global Cloud computing service market will reach 200 billion dollars in 2014. The structure of platform providers, system integrators, service providers, and developers is matured in America and European countries as well as eastern countries like China, Taiwan, Japan. Except for the big names, SME and start-ups are fostered to provide up- and down-stream services and products. American, British, German, Austrian, Spain, Australian, Taiwan and some other governments announced Cloud computing related guidances in the recent 2 years and regard Cloud computing as one of the national development strategies, which would greatly support the development of their economies.
