Recently, oil and gas companies have been making huge stride to improve the way they manage their data and information. Enterprise data management, well logging data analysis, data monitoring of surveillance systems and many more functions are effectively managed by a central data management centre ensuring improved data governance, quality and security. Despite this, companies still face challenges with interpretation and visualisation of the collected data.
As a response to these developments, IQPC is pleased to announce its inaugural Data and Information Management in Oil and Gas Conference, scheduled to take place from 21 -24 September 2014, in Abu Dhabi.
This conference will provide a platform for industry leaders to share knowledge, experiences and exchange ideas on how to efficiently collect data, integrate systems for better interpretation, and communicate information to improve operations. The conference will also offer an opportunity to explore the recent technologies for data collection, interpretation and communication and identify innovative information management strategies and solutions.
