The organizers will provide meeting and transfer of the participants from the airport “Simferopol” and back. The cost of participation in the conference makes $ 1,950.00 USD; which includes accommodation in a comfortable single room, use of the hotel facilities, full board, excursions and cultural programs, translation services, organization free, transportation, taxes and fees. All participants are provided with teaching materials. Pay special attention to the “Closed Presentation.”

The Livadia palace of the Emperor Nicholas II, the former southern residence of the Russian emperors, is the unique palace and park complex on the slope of Mogabi mountain in Livadia. Not only the stay of the last Russian Emperor on the southern coast of the Crimea is connected with the palace, but a number of other cultural and political events that have a major influence on the course of European history. In February 1945, there were the meetings of the Crimean (Yalta) Conference. The “Big Three” in the persons of British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, the U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Chairman of the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR I.V. Stalin. Visiting Livadia In 1945, the American President Franklin Roosevelt so enchanted the palace that mentioned his desire to live here at the end of the presidential term.
To this day, the palace is the venue for the most important political meetings of the international level. At present, the palace hosts the museum which contains exhibitions devoted to the Romanov family stay in the Crimea and the Yalta Conference held here. The walls of the museum carefully preserve items associated with its history and those epochal events that took place here.
