As the former president of the Calgary Herald, Dan Gaynor built a reputation as a leader who can build strong teams and deliver superior performance, resolving a challenging labour dispute and taking the Herald to record levels of performance. Dan founded Gaynor Consulting in 2003 to pass on the same timeless and practical leadership skills he used to develop his own high performance teams. He is a former Chairman at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, and currently works with a wide variety of companies across diverse sectors as a teacher, executive coach, and speaker.
