The 8th International Conference on Computer Engineering & Mathematical Sciences (ICCEMS 2019)'s aim is publishing refereed, original research studies and articles that are well-written and describe the latest developments and researches in the computer engineering and mathematical sciences area. The conference is broad-based that covers all branches of computer science, mathematics and interdisciplinary researches. ICCEMS is a peer-reviewed conference. The 6th ICCEMS is a continuation of the 1st,  2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th ICCEMS held in Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi. Selected papers from ICCEMS 2016 will be accepted for publication in a special issue of an ISI Journal upon satisfactory peer-reviewed process.
