The Chicago Lower Extremity External Fixation Fundamentals Course is designed to provide instruction on the principles of external fixation, from components, design and mechanics, to application and techniques, as well as complications and clinical and trauma management. The course is structured particularly for residents, but also for attending physicians who wish to strengthen or expand their practice with knowledge of external fixation techniques.
