When a worker is injured on the job, the employer is automatically guilty until they prove their due diligence. Recent fines have exceeded $100,000 and maximum fines for workplace incidents have increased to $250,000. In this 2 day workshop you will discover:

  • Your rights once a serious incident has occurred
  • Protecting the information provided and limits of solicitor client privilege
  • Case studies based on recent incidents
  • How to deal with the media in a crisis to protect your organization's image and reputation
  • How to apply the knowledge through a mock incident investigation   *Including mock interviews with a WSH Officer and legal counsel
  • Incident causation theory and root cause analyses to prevent future incidents
