Description

The challenges posed by resource estimation & mine reconciliation efforts are numerous and their solutions few and far between. The use of mine reconciliation practices throughout the life of the mine is of paramount importance in deciding on whether a mine is viable, the amount of ore that can be produced, whether or not regulations can be complied with, and how the Board of Directors and shareholders view the on-going viability of a mining company. For all of those reasons, and others, mine reconciliation is a practice that is often overlooked, but can not be neglected without putting the operation and the company at risk. This Summit will highlight and expand upon those issues; while also exploring the future of mine reconciliation methods.
