About the Network
The National Local Government Customer Service Network is the peak industry association for local government customer service professionals within Australia. Established for 20 years, we provide members with the opportunity to interact with one another, share experiences and develop strategic and operational ideas to improve customer service. Throughout the year we run workshops throughout Australia, a National Summit and Awards program. This is in addition to many other services and programs provided to our members.
