Rethink and proactively evolve your organization. The existing and emerging talent represents the most diverse pool we have ever seen. To not just survive but to thrive, theleaders in companies need to re-imagine their workplaces.

This three-day “UNCONFERENCE” is designed to provide insight into innovative practices for the successful workplace of 2025 and aid participants on the road to getting there.

The Challenge

  • Attracting and Retaining Talent: traditional drivers are changing as work designs and expectations change; millennials, women, diverse workers need new environments and methods of management
  • Engagement: typically an afterthought in today's work with an alarming percentage of employees even actively disengaged ()
  • Creativity and Innovation: many current work processes discourage new thought; failure is feared; incentives to try new ideas are often absent

Make Change Work We have identified 5 major opportunities for organizations to drive toward these outcomes through policy, process, incentives, and systems changes. In addition to gaining insights on current research and existing cutting-edge practices, as well as interacting with leaders from many sectors, you will design and take home a change to pilot in one or more of these opportunity areas after this unconference. Our keynote speaker, , is a leading thinker on how to drive innovation and will inspire participants on new ways to think and move forward.
