Mozambique is working towards establishing itself as a regional power exporter in the Southern African power pool. The Powering Africa: Mozambique Executive Dialogue, taking place this May, is focused on discussions around investment generation into Mozambique’s gas and power sectors. The meeting invites experts to examine how the commercialization of gas resources can fuel the region’s power generation and promote local industry and job creation.
A series of open debates between public and private sector leaders aims to deliver a balanced perspective on the investment requirements of the oil, gas and power sectors whilst strengthening partnerships to support the government’s plans for developing the country’s industrial and economic potential.
If you would like to join this private meeting of stakeholders and engage with the Ministry of Energy and CNELEC to discuss the future opportunities and challenges to investments in Mozambique’s booming gas, coal and renewable power sectors, please email
