The 2nd Annual Higher Education Executive Assistant Summit builds on the success of last year’s inaugural event by examining in more detail the attributes Executive Support professionals require to best enhance the output of their Executive. Increasingly faced with the task of diversifying, building knowledge and taking on additional responsibility, Executive Assistants encounter varying and demanding expectations from Senior Management in the Higher Education Sector.

A vital career development program, the Summit will appeal to experienced Executive Assistants and those starting out, allowing them to offer comprehensive support, consistent efficiency and demonstrate effective people management skills. Delegates will have an opportunity to share, discuss and devise practical solutions for emerging issues and challenges, as well as develop strategies for preventing burnout and creating a healthy work/life balance.

This highly interactive Summit will feature informative Case Studies, while also taking a practical approach. Expert facilitators will demonstrate varying approaches and techniques for executives support professionals working in the Higher Education / Tertiary sector who wish to up-skill, boost personal performance and achieve career progression.
