Description

All past CIS'2005-CIS'2012 proceedings have been successfully indexed by SCI, EI and ISTP. All accepted papers this year will be published by the Conference Publishing Services (CPS) of IEEE and indexed by EI and ISTP.

In the last year conference (CIS2012), more than 30 extended papers have been accepted (some have been published) by SCI journals, and more than 20 papers have been accepted by EI journals. The total number of the papers accepted by SCI and EI journals was more than 60. This year about the same number of the papers will be accepted by SCI and EI journals.

Moreover, several international journals (SCI and EI indexed) will publish special issues for CIS2013, and some best papers among all papers will be selected and extended to publish in the following SCI and EI international journals :

1. Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, SCI Indexed. IF:1.665(2011), PERGAMON-ELSEVIER SCIENCE LTD

2. International Journal of Sensor Networks, SCI indexed, IF:1.386 (2011), INDERSCIENCE ENTERPRISES LTD.

3. Journal of Information Technology Research, EI-indexed
