This conference was born with the establishment of the e-Learning center at the University of Bahrain in a modern state of the art building supported by the private sector. The center now hosts courses for over 8000 students and the number of students is expected to double in only a few months.
The conference itself has grown through the past three session and is now supported by a very strong organizing committee and is being submitted for indexing in well known databases as well as finding strong support from researchers around the world.
The main objectives of this session is to support an international recommendation to establish a bridge of collaboration between the regional countries representated in the Arabian Gulf and the rest of the world whether east or west. The goal is to come out of this conference with standards of excellence in conducting and managing e-education. The benefit of the outcomes is likely to inform all those interested in furthering the e-education culture in their local educational communities.
The conference is eliciting keynote speakers to represent the various countries of the world and the list is already growing rapidly.
The target audiance represents all those who are practicing e-education as well as those interested in researching e-education.
