Welcome to the WBM Western Business & Management Association International Research Conference. WBM is a premiere research conference focusing on all of the major business management disciplines including Management, Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management Organization Theory, Marketing Management, Operations Management, Financial Management and I/O Psychology.
The research presented in this conference may be targeted to one of the three major academic research journals associated with the conference: The Western Journal of Human Resource Management , the Journal of Business Management and Change. and our new journals focused on business education and marketing Management and Education Review & Journal of Marketing Perspectives.
The locations for the conferences are in the greatest cities in the world: Paris, Rome, Las Vegas, Lyon and San Francisco.

2) Abstracts - no limit on submission; final published draft of abstract cannot be more than 250 words
