Event Date/Time: Jan 03, 2001
End Date/Time: Jan 07, 2001
The conference is a forum for researchers and designers to present and discuss various aspects of VLSI design and Electronic design automation (EDA). The five day program will consist of regular papers sessions, short paper sessions, special sessions, tutorials, panel discussion and industrial exhibits. In addition, an industry-forum day is being organised to encourage interaction between academia and industry. The conference proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society. The conference also features a Technology Track consisting of a parallel session on topics related to VLSI technology.
TOPICS OF INTEREST: Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Issues in deep-submicron VLSI, VLSI in wireless communication, digital imaging, DSP design, high-level synthesis, logic synthesis, hardware/software co-design, ASIC design, core-based systems, all aspects of test and DFT, processor design, low-power design, mixed signal design, performance-driven design, physical design, programmable devices, simulation, standards, electronic design automation tools, and concurrent engineering.
