ASCD Conferences are multi-day events that maximize your exposure to issues and ideas in education. There are three ASCD conferences each year, held in varying locations:
The Annual Conference is held every March.

The 2001 Annual Conference will take place March 17–19 in Boston, Massachusetts. The conference theme is "Reaching for Balance: Resolving Educational Dilemmas." Please note that the presenter proposal deadline was May 1; notifications regarding proposal acceptance will be sent out in October 2000.

Classroom Leadership Conference
The Classroom Leadership Conference is held every July, and features a comprehensive showcase of teaching strategies for every grade level and subject area.
The 2000 Classroom Leadership Conference was held July 6–8 in San Diego, California.
In 2001, the Classroom Leadership Conference will be held July 12–14 in Orlando, Florida.

The Conference on Teaching and Learning is held every October.
The 2000 Conference on Teaching and Learning will be held October 22–24 in Tampa, Florida, and features an emphasis on standards.
