Paper Submissions
Authors are requested to submit a summary of their paper of not less than 1000 nor more than 1500 words. Authors are encouraged to submit their summary via e-mail (in ASCII format), or via hard copy typed in double-spaced format. The cover page should include title, name of contact author, address, telephone and FAX numbers, e-mail address and organizational affiliation. Send e-mail, FAX or three hard copies to:

The deadline for submission of summary papers is 15 September 2000. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by 17 November 2000, and will receive forms and instructions for publication at that time. Completed camera-ready papers, limited to 6 pages, including text, tables, and figures, will be required no later than 2 February 2001. Where applicable, Government approval for publication as an unclassified paper is necessary at this time. In addition to formal presentations, there will be poster presentations. Authors who believe their papers are better suited to a poster format, because of mathematical complexity or other reasons, are requested to so note on their summaries. This format provides the authors the opportunity to display their paper and related equipment or visual aids, and to discuss them with conference participants. Presenters are requested to indicate special audio visual requirements with their papers.
