Housing for Conference Attendees Housing for the 2001 SDMENC/KMEA In-Service/Professional Development Conference will be in the Hyatt Regency Louisville and Galt House Hotels.

NO TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS OR FAXED APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
The deadline for returning housing application forms is JANUARY 13,2001. After January 13, housing applications will be processed based on availability of rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed. Rooms at both hotels must be guaranteed via valid major credit card with expiration date and signature. Failure to supply credit card information may result in non-acceptance of the reservation. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance at the Hyatt, 48 hours in advance of your arrival at the Galt House.
Housing will be assigned on the basis of the date of receipt of the Housing Application. In the event you cannot be housed in the hotel of your preference, you will be placed in the other hotels.
All-State/Kentucky Children's Chorus Housing
KMEA will provide priority All-State and Kentucky Children's Chorus Housing service again this year . Forms will be provided to teachers when they are notified of the acceptance of their students. Do NOT use this form for All-State or Kentucky Children's Housing. Pre-payment of housing costs is expected prior to the arrival of the students and chaperones. Complete information will be sent with confirmation of the housing request.

Group Housing
Housing for performance groups attending the conference and collegiate members may be secured by using the Group Housing Form. Pre-payment of housing costs is expected prior to arrival. Complete information is included on the Group Housing Form.
