BCA Sports Professionals Convention, Exhibition & Career Fair
The annual convention is the marquee property of the BCA, serving as the Association’s largest professional development and educational medium. Sports industry professionals from across the country and from all disciplines of the profession convene to develop new skills, to discuss industry issues and trends, to explore strategies, to build alliances and partnerships, to celebrate accomplishments, and to volunteer their time.

The exhibition and career fair, a two day event, complement the business meetings and workshops by enabling attendees to examine and evaluate the latest developments in equipment, products, services and career opportunities that are available in the sports profession. This is a perfect opportunity to evaluate suppliers as well as their products/services and to investigate new professional opportunities.

BCA Purpose The Black Coaches Association is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non- profit organization whose primary purpose is to foster the growth and development of minorities at all levels of sports both national and internationally. The BCA is committed to creating a positive enlightened environment and common grounds where issues can be examined closely, debated sincerely, and resolved honestly. Operating on the NCAA Division I Level the BCA focus envelopes the concerns of their colleagues in the Division II and III as well as within the NAIA, Junior College, High School, and even Professional ranks. BCA Mission The Black Coaches Association has a two-pronged mission. The first prong is to address significant issues pertaining to the participation and employment of minorities in sport in general and intercollegiate athletics in particular. The second prong is to assist minorities aspiring to have a career in athletics through educational and professional developmental programming and scholarships.
