Public registration now open for the SyncML 2001 Summit

London, UK, August 22, 2001 -- The SyncML Initiative Ltd., the leading open industry standards organization for universal synchronization of remote data and personal information across multiple networks, platforms and devices, announced today that public registration is open for SyncML 2001 Summit—San Francisco.
Experts from SyncML member organizations, as well as key press and analysts, and other mobile and wireless industry leaders will hear the latest from SyncML leadership on topics including SyncML Specification v2.0, and SyncML’s work on device management. A “TechZone” will be featured, where member organizations will demonstrate and discuss their SyncML-compliant technologies. The Summit will feature presentations from SyncML sponsor organization executives, and breakout session tracks for business development with SyncML and device/terminal management, as well as technical coverage of the SyncML conformance and interoperability testing process.
