The NYS Waterfront ReDiscovery Conference 2001 -Quality Coasts, Quality Communities (QC2) is for everyone who believes their community can be a better place to live, work and recreate. Community based organizations, environmental justice groups, villages and small municipalities, not-for-profit groups, developers, builders and consultants are encouraged to attend. At QC2 you can netwrok with colleagues, meet community innovators from New York and across the United States, and talk with state agnecy partners about your community.
