The 2001 Keynote Address will be given by David Satcher, MD, Surgeon General of the United States and Gene Kranz, retired NASA Mission Control Specialist of Apollo 13 fame. This year's address will be about U.S. public health, biological threats, and America's will to overcome any and all adversities and the qualities that promote professional excellence.
Attendees can earn up to 24 CRCE credits. Education tracks will include critical care, sub acute care, neonatal-pediatric, asthma, home care, patient education, diagnostics, transport, and management among others. There will be a record number of abstracts presented in 15 Open Forum sessions throughout the four days of meetings.
There will be three days of industry exhibits from over 200 companies exhibiting medical products, pharmaceuticals, and associated products and services.
