Description
The 2nd International Past Grasslands Research Conference (PGR 2002) will be held from June 13 to June 16, 2002 in St. Cloud, MN, USA. The goal is to assemble a diverse body of researchers interested in any aspect of history and evolution of the grasslands worldwide (paleoclimatology, paleoecology, paleogeography, paleonthology, etc.) Appropriate field trips or thematic sessions may be organized. If you would like to give a talk or to present a poster, to organize a field trip or to chair an organized session, please forward your contact info (including email address) and the title and format of the proposed presentation to Dr. Mikhail Blinnikov, Geography Department, 720 4th Ave. S., St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, MN 56301, USA before November 30, 2001. St. Cloud is 1.5 hours away from Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport with easy connection by air, shuttle, or rental car. It is also served by Amtrak train and Greyhound bus.
