This meeting will be the first joint meeting of the EAA and ESA (24th Annual Meeting of the European Academy of Anaesthesiology and the 10th Anniversary Meeting of the European Society of Anaesthesiologists). It will effectively combine the best features which characterised the individual meetings of the two organisationsin the past. The meeting will continue its tradition of offering a comprehansive scientific programme of refresher course lectures, symposia and workshops, together with presentation and discussion of the latest research undertaken in Europe.
