The purpose of this confernence is to help HR executives become tech-savvy and understand how to wrestle the business benefits out of technology.
Past year's highlights have included:
-Case studies. Every conference has them on the hot topics of the day, but our case studies are presented by senior HR executives from major corporations: 44 out of 57 presenters are VPs or higher. -Analyst Panel. No other conference brings together Industry Analysts, the smartest people we know, to share their insights and predictions with you. Our Fourth Annual panel includes the lead HR technology analysts from Gartner, Meta, Giga, and Bloom & Wallace. In addition, nearly all the other HR Industry Analysts attend our conference, a testimony to our quality.
-Two Vendor Shootouts. You probably face just too many product choices to pick just one, right? So last year, we held our industry's first Vendor Shootout, so you could compare four Electronic Recruiting products doing the exact same thing. It was so successful, we decided to add a second Shootout in another hot product category, e-Learning. If you're considering a purchase in either category, these sessions alone will save you weeks of investigation.
-One-on-One with an Expert. Other conferences offer you a seat at a large table with an expert. We offer you scheduled one-on-one time in private with one or two of our leading consultants and analysts-Al Walker of Towers Perrin and Jenni Lehman of Gartner.
-Exhibit Hall with 150 vendors. Certainly the largest on the East Coast this year.
