The 2003 Hawaii International Conference on Arts and Humanities will be held from January 12 (Sunday) to January 15 (Wednesday), 2003 at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii. Honolulu is located on the island of Oahu. Oahu is a Hawaiian word usually translated as the gathering place. The Hawaii International Conference on Arts and Humanities will be the gathering place for academicians and professionals from the Arts and Humanities and related fields from all over the world.

The main goal of the 2003 Hawaii International Conference on Arts and Humanities will be to provide an opportunity for academicians and professionals from various Arts and Humanities related fields from all over the world to come together and learn from each other. An additional goal of the conference will be to provide a place for academicians and professionals with cross-disciplinary interests related to Arts and Humanities to meet. The Conference will provide many opportunities for academicians and professionals from Arts and Humanities and related fields to interact with members inside and outside their own particular disciplines. The Conference will provide opportunities for presenting research as well as providing formal and informal opportunities for socializing with peers.
