The objective of this new conference will be to provide a forum for researchers and practicing professionals from the international civil engineering community to present, discuss and exchange ideas on the analysis and design of structures for extreme loading conditions.
The conference will encompass state-of-the-art, developing practice, research and future directions. Extreme loads that will be considered include severe earthquakes, high winds (tornadoes and hurricanes), blast and shock, fire, and multihazards.
