Strasbourg in France, Karlsruhe and Dresden in Germany organize a symposium in nanotechnology in order to promote this new technology towards SME's and to introduce local laboratories that are working in nanotechnology to them.

Summary : Nanofair 2002 - European Nanotechnology Symposium - wants to give New Ideas for Industry.... An excellent opportunity to be informed, to learn, to be inspired for SME's. The lecture program has been prepared by Nanomat, the Research Centre Karlsruhe, the Fraunhofer Institut für Werkstoff und Stahltechnik Dresden, the University Louis Pasteur of Strasbourg and the CNRS from Strasbourg. Selected renowned scientists will speak on the four topics of Materials, Optics, Electronics and Life Science. Aong them is the Nobel Prize for Chemistry holder Jean-Marie Lehn (University of Strasbourg and Research Centre Karlsruhe).
