EF telecoms’ Voice-Activated Services Summit, the fifth event in our Voice series, will focus on practical implementations of speech recognition technology and how commercial organisations are using voice-activated services to reduce costs and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. There will be discussions on how to voice-enable a number of applications, with examples from a variety of companies within the telecoms and enterprise markets. The latest standards developments from the VoiceXML and SALT Forums, will also be covered.
