EF telecoms’ Voice-Activated Services Summit, the fifth event in our Voice series, will focus on practical implementations of speech recognition technology and how commercial organisations are using voice-activated services to reduce costs and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. There will be discussions on how to voice-enable a number of applications, with examples from a variety of companies within the telecoms and enterprise markets. The latest standards developments from the VoiceXML and SALT Forums, will also be covered.
This event will attract a wide variety of job titles including CEOs, CTOs, MDs and Directors, Heads and Managers of: Voice Commerce, Product Management, IT, Information Management, Service Development, VXML Development, Technical Development, System Architecture, Business Development., Voice Solutions.
Delegates will primarily come from Fixed and Mobile Operators, ISPs, Enterprise Users, Speech Recognition Vendors and Network Equipment Vendors. We would expect the majority of these delegates (80-85%) to come from Western Europe and would anticipate that the remaining 15-20% would come from Eastern Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia.
