We are pleased to announce that the Research and Training Institute of the East Aegean (INEAG, Samos Island, Greece) and the University College of the Fraser Valley (UCFV, British Columbia, Canada), with the participation of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens will host the Fourth International Conference on Information Communication Technologies in Education, July 3-5, 2003, on Samos Island, Greece.
The aims of the conference are to provide education and training to practitioners in social, industrial, and economic areas; to provide practitioners in these areas with ideas on integrating technology into all facets of education; and to provide a forum for intensive interaction. Encouraging high levels of academic rigour, the conference will offer keynote and plenary sessions, and workshops with internationally recognized educators and researchers in the theoretical and practical applications of technology in education. ICICTE 2003 will be an integrated event offering collaborative opportunities to educators, administrators, IT specialists, and others from all levels of education, from primary through post secondary.
More information on conference topics, call for papers, deadlines, et cetera, may be found at the conference website (http://www.ineag.gr/ICICTE) or from the conference Administrative Director, Nancy Pyrini email@example.com
The deadline for proposals of papers is January 6, 2003. The early registration deadline is April 30, 2003. Completed registration forms are to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
An innovative social program and post-conference activities (many new to ICICTE 2003) will provide additional opportunities for discussion and interaction. We invite you to join us this summer in enjoying the Samians' high standard of hospitality.
