| Description |
The aim of the meeting is to increase understanding of the structure, function and regulation of the enzymes that are involved in sterol/steroid synthesis and metabolism in normal physiology, pathologies, and genetic disorders. The meeting will comprise presentations and discussions from internationally renowned groups that will be invaluable in providing deeper insight into the metabolism, disposition and function of sterols and steroid hormones. In addition to opportunities for registrants to contribute poster presentations, abstract submissions will also considered for oral presentation in concert with those of invited speakers in the various workshop sessions.
