BioTech Helsinki 03 is an international event with a top-level conference, Investor Forum and exhibition. It is a meeting-place to biotechnology experts to explore visions and actions, and a showcase of the life sciences of the future.
During the three-day conference, several parallel seminars will be held dealing with the latest biotechnological research results as well as social issues. Most of the conference speakers are top international biotech experts.
The Investor Forum will also bring notable international investors, financiers a
nd industrialists to Helsinki to seek investment opportunities in biotechnology.
All biotechnology fields with their latest innovations will be on display in
the international exhibition. In addition, a recruitment event will be
organised for biotech companies and job candidates.
BioTech Helsinki 03 takes place on March 24 – 26, 2003, at the Helsinki Fair Centre.
The organizers are Finnish Bioindustries, Sitra (the Finnish National Fund for Research
and Development), Tekes (the Finnish National Technology Agency) and
the Finnish Fair Corporation.
