IBC’s Nuclear Receptors as Drug Targets offers a comprehensive view of the latest research in this important area of drug discovery science. The meeting opens with a keynote address by Dr. Len Freedman, well-known for his work with the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and now with Merck. You’ll then hear new research results in the understanding of coactivators and corepressors, and be briefed on developments in methods used for the identification of orphan receptor ligands. The practical application of this research will be explored in separate therapeutic area sessions on cancer, inflammation, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
