m>business2003 is an international conference on business models for mobile networks and the opportunities and risks in their commercial usage. An expected 300 participants will make it one of the most important events in the mobile business fields in Europe, including key note speeches, workshops, panel discussions as well as demonstration and exhibition areas. The target groups of the conference are decision makers and experts from academia and industry, more specifically mobile network operators, device manufacturers, content providers, application developers etc.
With the second call in the European Commission’s IST-program starting on June 15 2003, the m>business2003 conference offers the opportunity to find partners for common project submissions and also to make direct contact with representatives of the Commission. The organisers will provide private meeting rooms for discussions between potential partners, and a personal ‘web area’ offering text messaging and email to allow quick and unbureaucratic communication between conference participants.
