Introduction:
The aim of this 4th International Symposium is to serve as a forum for the exchange of ideas among engineers, scientists and young researchers from all over the world on advances in communication systems, communications networks and digital signal processing and to provide a focus for future research and developments. Once again the organising committee invites you to submit original papers addressing research topics of interest for presentation at the symposium and inclusion in the symposium proceedings.

Papers may be presented in the following forms:
• Oral presentation

Contributions by MPhil/PhD research students are particularly encouraged.

Submission Dates:
• Full Paper due: 25Jan. 2004
• Notification of acceptance by: 1st April 2004
• Camera ready paper due: 1st June 2004

All papers will be incorporated into a bound volume of proceeding, which will be available on arrival at the symposium. Selected papers will be published as a book or in an appropriate journal.

Fees (provisional):
Includes a copy of the Symposium Proceedings, lunches, and Symposium Dinner on the 14th.
 Residential full delegate (accommodation for 3 nights): £320.00
 Non-residential delegates: £245.00
 Day delegates: £160.00 per day
 Deposit on final paper submission £160.00
