The 2003 Summit on Energy Efficiency: Building a Competitive Advantage will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2003 at the Renaissance DC Hotel in Washington, DC, in the Grand Ballroom North. The third in a successful series of Alliance Associates policy conferences, this meeting will discuss some of
the hottest issues facing the energy efficiency industry sector today: electricity reliability, stable consumer prices and market competitiveness.
