The 1st Dealmakers Roundtable on M&A Strategies and Opportunities in Russian Oil and Gas, organized by
RPI, Inc. and PennWell Corporation, will be the first major international conference specifically focused on
M&A in the Russian oil and gas sector to be held in Houston, Texas. Scheduled shortly after the presidential
elections in Russia, the event is designed to be a forum for dialogue between Russian and international oil and
gas executives on key issues shaping decision-making on M&A in Russian oil and gas.
