Security Venture Fair
Venue: Wyndham San Jose
|Event Date/Time: Jan 21, 2004||End Date/Time: Jan 23, 2004|
|Early Registration Date: Dec 19, 2003|
This program is designed to provide a platform for up to 75 of the most promising enterprise security technology and service companies to present their visions and business plans before a national audience of venture capitalists and other strategic investors.
New government regulations and ever present cyber security threats have made enterprise security the center of attention as a growth market. The cost of failure has made insuring the security of customer information, proprietary company information, as well as business continuity, necessary for every company.
The presenting companies at this event have developed new ways of solving these problems and protecting the enterprise. Our goal is to bring them together with the investors that can bring these products to life. The event itself is a fast-paced chance to see up to 30 of these promising companies over the course of a day
and a half.
Join us for the first day of the event for an in-depth exploration of customers’ needs and what is affecting them. How are new policies and legislation changing customers’ requirements? How are customers making their purchase decisions? Must a product offer a return on investment or are the threats posed by security breaches all that CSOs need to justify their investments?
Chaired by advisory board member, Raman Khanna of Diamondhead Ventures, we will ask these questions of security experts and present case studies from CSOs in the healthcare, financial, and high tech industries.
