Throughout this one and a half day event, you will have an opportunity to meet and network with controlled-carb industry executives from companies small and large. You will be able to lend your voice to the industry as we address key issues, immediate needs and long-term goals. Together we will promote our industry in the minds of consumers, the medical community and government policy makers!

We have scheduled an intensive summit itinerary to enable us to work together. Attendance is open to any company or industry offering low-carb products and services, small start-ups to large, long established corporations.

Registration includes overnight accomodation on January 14, 2003, all meals and snacks and conference materials.
