| Description |
This symposium will provide evidence-based information, strategies,and resources that will help bridge public health prevention activities with clinical treatment. The focus will be on modifiable risk factors that contribute to the disease process. Participante should return to their practices with the knowledge, skills and resources necessary to help the community and their patients achieve optimum cardiovascular health.
